Discuss each method of communication/ correspondence:

- Telephone - Long distance, collect call, local call, expensive hours, answering machine, 2 way line, call waiting, party line (Pass the calling card around and explain its use).

- E-mail ? Free, immediate response, fast
\
- Telegraph ? Singing telegram
\
- Speaking face to face ? Personal, can see the persons emotions and feelings
\
- Cell phone - Range of use and can call at anytime, more expensive
\
- Beeper - Very convenient if you live a busy life
\
- Fax - Easy to use, need a fax machine, great for business
\
- Walkie-talkies ? Good for short distances between people
\
- Morris code ? Good for emergencies
\
- Sign language ? Used for the deaf
\
- Body language - Cold shoulder, roll your eyes, glare, smile, wink, wave
\
- Gang signs
\
- Mail package carriers: UPS, Federal Express, Global Priority
\
- Mail: Letters, cards, and post cards (the cost of stamps, more personal than e-mail)
