Word Spelling
First you separate the kids into teams using the different colored sets of the alphabet.

Then the teacher starts calling out different words for the teams to spell out.

The first team to spell the word correctly wins.
Materials:
PP board lettered from A-Z. Preferably many sets and different colors, (around six or so for larger groups).
